When navigating to next page, outline jumps to weird position

Describe the bug

When navigating though this e-book (arrow right for next page), at some pages the outline and the page number jump "randomly" to other pages in the book. The actual content displayed will be the correct page, but the footer shows another page number, and also the outline in the sidebar jumps to that other page.

• For example I'm on page 75, navigate to the next page, the outline and page number jumps to page 63, then to 205.
• Or when on page 72, going to the next page will go to 66.

This does not happen in Calibre or even Readest.

I've created this EPUB3 e-book from a PDF with the help of Codex. The e-book has an XHTML file for each main chapter, and has a page-list listing the original page numbers, and references to it. I hope this is not caused by some weird content of the EPUB. I tried a few things, but couldn't make the behaviour go away.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download the EPUB from here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1flIrOxzd06l122bT38mHmSdYwIgLj2JI
2. Open it with Foliate
3. Go to page 74
4. Try to navigate forward page-by-page to page 77
5. After page 75 or 76 the page number at the bottom and the outline will jump to 63, then 205.

Expected behavior Page number, outline and content navigate page by page.
