"Override Publisher Font" doesn't override publisher line height

Describe the bug The "Override Publisher Font" doesn't seem to override publisher line height.

E.g. I got this ebook here that has a ton of extra line height and it's just very weird to read this way, but I can't get rid of it since when I change Foliate's internal line height setting, it just changes some of the lines in the chapter name but not the actual text (which likely has a CSS override for some specific, 2.0 ish line height).

This is exactly where one would use the "Override Publisher Font" toggle to just make the paragraphs look normal, but it doesn't override the line height. There is also no separate "Override Publisher Line Height" toggle, although I think it would also be okay to just have the normal font override toggle also do line height override.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open an EPUB that overrides line height to e.g. 2.0 per paragraph
2. Click on Foliate quick settings and choose "Override Publisher Font" to be enabled
3. Set Foliate's own line height to e.g. "1.5" or less

Expected behavior The line height doesn't appear to change for ebooks that specify their own line height, including whenever the "Override Publisher Font" toggle is set.
