[Translation] Comprehensive Modern Turkish Translation (LearnOpenGL-TR)

Hi Joey,

First of all, thank you so much for creating LearnOpenGL, it has been an invaluable guide for computer graphics programmers around the world.

I noticed that the current Turkish link on the Translations page points to an inactive and abandoned 2020 GitBook that covers only a small part of Getting Started.

I have created LearnOpenGL-TR, a comprehensive, modern, open-source Turkish translation covering all 7 modules (Getting Started, Lighting, Model Loading, Advanced OpenGL, Advanced Lighting, PBR, and In Practice) with full runnable code, GLSL shaders, and diagrams:
