3.4 Linking Right-Click project name (and then click properties) to open properties dialog

In 3.4 Linking I believe there is an omission mentioning to click Properties after right-clicking the project name. Otherwise the dialog to navigate to VC++ Directories would never be visible to make the changes outlined in this section.
