重现步骤

重现该问题的步骤：

1. 批量下载douyin视频
2. 有200个博主的视频要下载
3. 在第35个的时候会出现cookie异常
4. 如果关掉程序，等一个小时，可以继续抓
5. 因为有200个博主，所以 每次抓的都是前几十个博主就出现cookie异常。
