When using the ScrollReveal on my repo it stops half the content from being visible?

I have tried moving the script around to no avail. When the script is taken out my content all loads no problem. But as soon as I use scroll reveal, content just disappears, mainly on mobile. Now I have no idea why this is, I'm hoping I can get some help with this, It's never happened to me before when using ScrollReveal.
