Ability to disable automatically resorting Meeting Participants

What problem are you trying to solve?

Currently it seems that the default behavior is that the "Meeting Participants" list automatically reorders itself in some way whenever someone speaks. I am talking about this list here:

This can make it really difficult to moderate via the 3-dot menu.

For instance I want to move newly joined ppl into a specific breakout Room.

What solution would you like to see?

Add a setting to disable this automatic resorting.

Is there an alternative?

Using the pin option, might help however it seems like this only works for one person at a time or gets reset when this person switches the room. So it isnt really a solution if you have a Jitsi Meeting with different people joining.
