Continous Integration Generator does not support Gradle

Overview of the issue

Currently, there is no option in the Continuous Integration Generator (jhipster ci-cd) to choose between Maven and Gradle.

Motivation for or Use Case

In the Application Generator, such an option is available

Suggest a Fix

Support for Gradle should be added
