Stream Rip Results in Corrupt Mp4

Bug Description Problem stems from this specific stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyeF5FzIjkM 【料理/Cooking(カメラ有)】親子でピザ作りを生中継！｜Making Pizza for Dinner LIVE!【JP VTuber / 配信中】 Instead of a workable mp4 file, I get no video or sound in any player.

To Reproduce Use OVD to download the above stream.

Expected behavior I expected a working mp4 file; no problems with downloading other YouTube content until now.
