[Linux] Support Server Side decorations for compositors that support them

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, on KDE Plasma (Wayland) the app is defaulting to using these ugly and huge client side decoration, while it would be better if it was defaulting to Server Side Decorations for compositors that support it, like KWin (KDE Plasma), cosmic-comp (COSMIC), Labwc, and more.

Local Send had the same issue and it was recently fixed https://github.com/localsend/localsend/issues/3122#event-29283705473
