[Bug]: Web UI issues for mobile

What happened?

While this is an awesome application, I noticed a few UI issues when using the web UI on mobile. Please let me know if these should be broken up into their own bug reports. Thank you!

1. Album page contents are not properly centered and go off screen:

1. Now playing configure settings table columns go off screen and are not reachable:

1. Now playing queue columns are not properly auto-sizing, and cannot be resized (due to issue 2)

1. General settings list reordering does not work (but does work on the now playing table columns configuration mentioned in issue 2)

1. Using the back button/gesture does not close/minimize the now playing screen, but will still trigger navigation of the main screen.

2. Now playing artwork is cut off and does not auto-resize regardless of album size or aspect ratio settings:

1. Now playing album and artist links do not work, and they do not minimize the player after clicking.

Steps to reproduce

1. View any album page
2. Go to the now playing configuration screen
3. Open the now playing queue
4. Open general settings, open Player Item Configuration section, try to reorder the list
5. Open now playing, press/gesture back, notice the player does not close but the background navigation executed.
6. Open now playing, view cut-off album artwork
7. Open now playing, click the artist/album links
