Unable to install plugin via provided commands

Overview

Based on the command provided in the quick start, I'm not able to install the claude-skills.

There might be a mistake in the commands provided in the docs, since I'm able to install it by using /plugin, then manually navigating to the "Marketplace" section, locating the following fullstack-dev-skills, and configuring it.
