Android Webview, Not clickable select box but able to click arrow

We are loading the web content in android web view. While clicking the react-select component in the input area it's not respond or clickable(Drop down options not showing) but we can able to click the arrow button.

Please anyone face this issue, let me know how to resolve this issue.
