ReadMe still claims compatibility with Windows 8.x

Seems this is no longer the case since https://github.com/jart/cosmopolitan/commit/e4d25d68e444b4dfb3c97345f1b839f6c4cb6367.

Also I see that [1] refers to the footnote, not the minor part of 8.1, but, given "2012" here, it’s easy to misread it that way. Maybe worth replacing with 10<sup>[1]</sup> (superscript and subscript HTML tags are available in GitHub-flavored Markdown).
