bug: Web Search bypasses system Socks and Jan HTTPS proxy settings

Describe the Bug

Jan's built-in Web Search does not appear to use either:

1. the operating system Socks proxy settings, or
2. the HTTPS proxy configured in Jan under Settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set macOS system socks proxy in Network Settings
2. Configure Jan AI https proxy in Settings → General/Preferences → HTTPS Proxy
3. Enable Web Search and Tools compatibility in model
4. Try search
5. Proxy not used

Workaround

System HTTPS proxy is being used.
