[Bug] tdl up -p /path/file -c chat After uploading an mp4, the file does upload, but on the TG web you can't open it, while on the app you can open it but there's no preview image

文件确实上传了，但是网页上无法点开视频，手机app上可以点开但是无预览图
To Reproduce
- tdl up -p /path/file -c chat
- 打开telegram web页面，视频无预览无法打开，手机app上可以打开
Expected behavior
希望给出解决方案或者告知原因
