discover section: user personalisation

Would be cool if in the config.toml or config.json file (or better in the settings page) where we could:

• add RSS
• or/and add specific keywords (this way we can use langage name)
• or/and add specific url

and maybe in setting, we could choose if a click on an article should do seach or open modal/iframe instead of a summary (too long)
