Switching model and effort level mid-conversation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When using Vane, I found it hard to tell what model or effort level I am currently using when within a conversation. I also can't switch the model and effort level during a conversation, and have to start a new conversation in order to switch.

Describe the solution you'd like It'd be very useful to be able to switch the model and effort level within a conversation.

Additional context Pretty nice tool, I've been enjoying it so far! I'd love to be able to see and help out with more development of its features!
