The current default Alpine Linux environment bootstrapped by iSH appears pinned to the v3.14 repositories. This older package index prevents the installation of modern CLI utilities and development environments required for standard workflows. For instance, packages like the Gitea CLI (tea) and recent iterations of network mapping tools are absent from the v3.14 index, requiring users to manually bypass the package manager or mix repositories.
