Space not freed on removal from iSH’s “Documents & Data”

This issue has been previously raised and closed, but it has not been resolved.

I downloaded a big file using torrent magnet link, and the file was stored in /root/Downloads/. Later, I deleted this file but the iPhone/iPad Storage, shown in Settings > General > iPhone/iPad Storage, still reflects the undeleted downloaded file size.

I was wondering where ISH keeps the backup of this downloaded file, probably broken-down into some parts? I have been spending too much time to resolve this, but none works so far.
