`ipfs repo state` cmd

I'd want an ipfs repo state cmd that can output the local state of an ipfs repo, boiled down to one hash.

> ipfs repo state
QmdhkoBZefPfSj6zkTmrCrMuArmuMJyAxvqUk2XNJfK9ik

And to assist this, would like to get the pin root with

> ipfs pin root
