[!IMPORTANT] Shipyard will not ship Kubo 0.44. Shipyard's IPFS work ends on September 30, 2026 (announcement). After that date, no one at Shipyard maintains Kubo or runs its release process.
Questions about who takes over maintenance of common-good IPFS projects like this one are welcome in this discuss.ipfs.tech thread.
This issue is a placeholder, not a release tracker. Whoever takes over Kubo maintenance should open a new tracking issue and close this one.
