Windows install forced at drive C:

I write this now a million time and I am so sick of this in every new open source project again. The next tool that automatically writes itself in the drive C: which is today a fast BUT EXPENSIVE SSD. It is used to accelerate the OS but not for any tool, library or ton heavy electron, .net etc. sidemetal. So please integrate a selector where to install it, which drive, which folder.
