[Feature]: Possibility to configure the assistant within the team

Feature Description

The assistant can only be configured by going to the menu on the left and clicking on the assistant to change the skills.

Problem Statement

Could you configure which skill works for that assistant within that team, where he, alone, would not need to use that skill? I can use the same assistant on several teams with some different functions.

I could configure skills and also MCPs, among other functions of that assistant on that team.

Proposed Solution

When creating a team, it would be possible to configure MCPs and skills for each assistant, which are only valid within that team.
