TaxTotalAmount I too high when Invoice Tax Rates and Line Item Tax Rates are both enabled

E-Invoice Tax is doubled when, Invoice Tax Rates and Line Item Tax Rates are both enabled.

Describe the bug

TaxTotalAmount is calculated wrong if Invoice Tax Rates and Line Item Tax Rates are enabled at the same time

Steps To Reproduce

• Enable Invoice Tax Rates and Line Item Tax Rates

- Create a new invoice XInvoice_3.0 100 €, 19% Tax and validate the XML https://erechnungsvalidator.service-bw.de/ - Example for invoice over 100 € and 19% Tax => `38.00`

Expected Behavior

Tax is only considered once for TaxTotalAmount.
