[FR] Add spinner arrows in Quantity when adding a BOM item

Problem statement

When adding items to a BOM, in the Add BOM Item menu, it would be useful to have spinner arrows under Quantity for a) Consistency as the other boxes have them b) To allow for items to be added quick by mouse clicking and increasing quantity.

I'm sure this used to be option on previous versions (Maybe 0.x) but running v1.5.1 and it's not there.
