Please provide Qt5 Windows binary for 3.0.3 - dead keys broken in Windows 7/8 client

What happened?

Hello, I´m using input Leap 3.0.1 release 62f30ddf qt5 with windows 7 and 8. and 3.0.3 compiled from ports in FreeBSD 15. The issue I have is That between windows 7 (server) and windows 8 (client) some dead keys do not work (^ and `) in Portuguese brazilian ABNT2 keyboard layout. Although, If i use windows7 Input leap 3.0.1 (server) and FreeBSD input leap 3.0.3 (client) the deak keys work! so the problem must be in the client side of 3.0.1 and probably solved in 3.0.3. But the available 3.0.3 qt6 binaries do not install in windows 7-8. I would like to have version 3.0.3 of input leap compiled with qt5 for windows 7 and 8. Could someone kindly provide it?
