MacOS Dock Reopening

What happened?

Hello. I am getting this extremely weird issue on MacOS where InputLeap keeps reopening on the dock. I have no way of quitting them. They reopen on reboot (even when I turn off reopen windows when logging in) and I cannot quit out of them via terminal or dock. They do not show in activity monitor and they just randomly open in bunches of 3-5 at a time.
