Mouse stuttering

What happened?

When using my mouse on a client (in my case, my mouse is wired to my Windows PC, and I switched to my Ubuntu laptop with Input Leap), the mouse stutters. The cursor is not smooth.

For some reason, sometimes it doesn't happen for a bit (a few minutes), then the bug comes back again.
