Allow the scroll lock keyboard shortcut to be rebound to another key (or disabled entirely)

I use Scroll lock key for other purposes, but when barrier is running in the background, it consumes any scroll lock presses and my other applications that use it no longer function correctly.

What would be ideal is if I could change or remove the keybinding in the settings
