[Port to 2.x]: fix: rename compact throughput logging keys (#27210)

Port master-1.x commit https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb/commit/e6b5c42b1b to main-2.x.

Cosmetic rename of the compaction throughput log keys in tsdb/store.go. Expected to cherry-pick cleanly.
