Contribute to 0.27.x: target the 0.27.x branch for all 0.27.x code updates

Background
Starting with 1.0.0, RAGFlow is being developed in Go. The 0.27.x codebase is maintained separately on the 0.27.x branch.
What this means for contributors
All updates to the 0.27.x code (bug fixes, patches, security fixes, etc.) should be submitted against the 0.27.x branch — not main.
main is now reserved for 1.0.0 (Go) development. PRs that target main with 0.27.x changes will not be merged and may be closed.
Before opening a PR, please double-check that the base branch is set to 0.27.x in the GitHub PR editor.}
