Being able to toggle frameless mode with a keyboard shortcut

The problem

When I’m presenting something, I’d like to be able to quickly toggle frameless mode with a keyboard shortcut instead of having to open the settings each time.

Possible solutions

Add a configurable keyboard shortcut to quickly toggle frameless mode on or off in helium://settings/system/shortcuts?search=keyboard
