Web: Renaming a tag causes bulk archive to restore the old tag name

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

Reproduction Steps Create Tag A. Tag two photos with Tag A. Open the Tag Editor and rename Tag A to Tag B. Open either photo individually and verify that it now shows Tag B. Return to the Timeline. Select both photos at the same time. Choose Archive. Open either archived photo and check its tags. Open the Tag browser.

Expected Behavior Both photos remain tagged with Tag B after being archived. Tag A should remain renamed/deleted and should not reappear in the Tag browser.

Actual Behavior Both photos are successfully archived, but their tag unexpectedly changes from Tag B back to Tag A. Tag A reappears in the Tag browser alongside Tag B. The issue occurs when multiple photos are archived simultaneously. Archiving the photos individually does not reproduce the issue.
