How can i use it in a only wired 8 pin cable environment without bluetooth?

Hi. I want to use this program in an environment where a security solution is set up and windows 10 pro. The security solution blocks Bluetooth within seconds, only recognizes mouse/keyboard wired cables. Presumably, the program is believed to be Bluetooth-based and bypassing. Because the trackpad is recognized and disconnected within seconds. There is no response to drag and click either. When I unplug and reconnect the cable, the trackpad will be recognized for several seconds. My trackpad is an 8-pin 2021 model. Is it possible to run this program solely on wired cable basis without Bluetooth action?
