Include link to crowdsourced translation platform directly in the app

Hi, thanks a lot for your fantastic and efficient tool ! While #75 was closed, it wasn't specified that you added support for crowdsourced translation through Locize. I'd suggest you include a link to that platform directly into your app, as the first result when opening the available languages list, so that when/if people find that their language is not supported, or find mistakes in it, they can easily know how to contribute.
