ILSpy sometimes lose its taskbar icon

ILSpy version 11.0.0.9375+cdeae656fee6e184ff76cdc549edc7f9031dba09

It's unclear when it happens, but it does happen regularly on my Windows 11 setup.

• Windows 11 family
• Powertoys Light Switch: change from dark<->light theme at night/day
• Laptop that tend to go to hybrid sleep mode at night (sleep on disk+fast reboot resume, rather than sleep in RAM)
