Clear and concise description of the problem

Dear IBAX Team,

We have carefully read and studied the IBAX official website and related documents, and are very interested in the technology of IBAX.

By reading the docs, we found that using Weaver to implement business logic inside the IBAX network is very easy, but we are not sure about some factors.

Is it possible to quickly build DEFI or DEX using IBAX network? Do we just need to write IBAX smart contracts and design the front end?
