[Feature request] Auto detect gamepad, launch big picture and switch audio/video outputs

Hello!

I use my PC for usual gaming with mouse/keyboard but also to play games from my couch using a controller. It would be amazing if there was a setting I could enable to detect if a gamepad has been connected to the PC to automatically launch big picture and switch video/audio output to my TV.

If you can imagine such a thing being accepted I wouldn't mind trying to implement it myself.
