Blank / black Sign in window on Windows 11 (v4.1.2 and v4.1.3)

Description

The Hydra sign-in window opens as a completely blank/dark window on Windows 11.

The main Hydra launcher works normally:

• Home page loads
• Catalogue loads
• Images and game information load
• Internet connection works

However, when I click Sign in, the separate authentication window is completely blank.

The Hydra authentication website works correctly in a normal browser, and I was able to create an account there.

Versions tested

• Hydra v4.1.3 setup version
• Hydra v4.1.2 portable version

The issue happens on both versions.

System

• OS: Windows 11
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7520U
• GPU: AMD Radeon integrated graphics
• RAM: 16 GB

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Hydra Launcher.
2. Click Sign in.
3. A separate hydralauncher window opens.
4. The window remains completely blank/dark.

Expected behavior

The Hydra login/sign-in page should appear inside the authentication window.

Actual behavior

The authentication window opens but displays no content.

Things I already tested

• Reset %appdata%\hydralauncher
• Tested v4.1.3
• Tested v 4.1.2 portable
• Verified official SHA-256 hashes
• Tested with --disable-gpu
• The Hydra auth website works in Microsoft Edge.
• Successfully created a Hydra account in the browser
• The `` protocol successfully opens Hydra.
• Browser login opens Hydra, but the account is not applied in the launcher.

Logs

One startup error appeared:

Failed to load app state during startup Error: Database is not open

Normal catalogue/network requests return HTTP 200.

There was also this Chromium/AMD message:

AMD VideoProcessorGetOutputExtension failed: The parameter is incorrect. (0x80070057)

Launching with --disable-gpu did not fix the login window.

Additional information

The normal Hydra interface renders correctly. Only the separate sign-in/authentication window is blank.
