[Feedback]: Forced org-wide task visibility is frustrating

Not every task should be shared with or visible to the whole team by default. While the collaborative features are often helpful, they're not always necessary, even if other HumanLayer features are still needed. Smaller tasks, experiments, etc., don't need to be on everyone's radar. On a large team with a lot going on, this can create a lot of noise and clutter on the tasks page. Default visibility can also create the feeling of "being watched," which isn't something all teams do.
