Add LLMS.md to Stimulus for AI usage

Hi, we could concatenate the whole documentation into one llms.md file via a script to make it easier for LLMs like Claude Code to use Stimulus correctly.

I already did that for another OS project and it works quite well. Let me know what you think. I can ofc open a PR.
