Add support for context based rejections

Feature can be added to add context through query parameter and get a more relevant rejection

Here is my proposal for the same:

We add an optional query parameter for the context for rejection. Here are few example cases:

• HR Bot: “/no?context=jobOffer” → returns witty corporate-style rejection

• Dating App API: “/no?context=date” → gently crushed

• Daily Standup Bot: “/no?context=meeting” → saves hours of unnecessary syncs

This is just to make it more usable across applications
