Windows Install via Chocolatey results in unusable Shortcut

The shortcut created in the start menu points to `C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\die\tools\die.exe` but the tool installs itself to `C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\die\tools\die\die.exe` (extra 'die' subfolder).
