[bug]: macOS client update notification on latest version

Bug Description

What happened?

When I launch my desktop application (current version = v26.8.0) - it always sends a notification about an update, offering me to install it.

After installation of the update and even a full re-installation of the application - I still see this notification on each app startup.

When I click the install update button and restart button after the update is downloaded, the app restarts and also shows this popup (creating an infinite update loop until I click the Later button).

BTW download progress bar is also broken a bit, it fills up to +-30% during downloading, and after it downloads, it jumps straight to 100%.
