HAOS 18.3 signal 11/SEGV issue

Describe the issue you are experiencing
Upgrade to HAOS 18.3 causes generic x86-64 to fail reboot after upgrade until power-cycled (also occurred after 18.2 upgrade attempts).
What operating system image do you use?
generic-x86-64 (Generic UEFI capable x86-64 systems)
What version of Home Assistant Operating System is installed?
18.1

1.Install upgrade 2.Reboot under Repairs per message 3.No further response until power-cycled ...
