The problem
I've got the issue when the G4 Doorbell after some time stops reporting fingerprint/nfc events to HA. They show properly in the Unifi Protect app.
The HA logs show that entry when it does happen:
2026-09-17 17:35:37.853 WARNING (MainThread) [uiprotect.events.dispatcher] Public event 6aabf4ea0197db03e40ac832 missing required 'device' field — dropping
When it does happen, restarting the integration/HA fixed it for some times (days/weeks).
