App removed from Repository warning loses context after a restart

The problem

I've seen this twice now. A repair warning was created by an app and I didn't see it until after I'd done a restart, at that point when clicking on the repair warning I got the following message "Installed app has been removed from repository" with issue_addon_detached_addon_removed as the description

Which doesn't give any useful information on what was detected and apart from ignore what I can do.

I had a new alert created last night for Influx (which was more helpful) but after I needed to restart (due to different apps needing an update) it too now shows the above screenshot
