Fibaro integration no longer works

The problem

after installation of 2026.9.x (0, 1, 2) the Fibaro integration have problem, all devices are unavailable and impossible to add a hub integration Fibaro with hub HC3 and HCL3 version 5.210.14) (back to 2026.8.3 restore a full available use of all devices from the integration)

for every devices from the integration i get this log :
