window changes location between toggles

Describe the bug Toggling copyq via copyq toggle opens the window ever lower and to the right of previous window location, eventually wrapping and starting from the center again.

To Reproduce Toggle the window constantly and observe the window movement between the toggles.

Expected behavior Window should open & close without changing its position

Running x11, no desktop env, using i3 window manager.

Unsure when exactly this started happening, it's been a few months at least. Reproduces both in single-mon & multi-mon setups.

Edit: copyq was just upgraded to v16, still reproduces:
